Staatsolie intends to establish one or more non-exclusive Framework Agreements with qualified Service Provider(s) for a period of 3 years.   

Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. invites Expressions of Interest from experienced contractors for Rental of Heavy-duty Equipment and transport units for our upstream and downstream operations.  

 

Project description Scope
Rental of Heavy Equipment and  Transport Units for Upstream and Downstream Operations 
  • Equipment Rental and Availability: Provision of fully operational, certified, and well-maintained heavy equipment and transport units in accordance with Staatsolie’s specifications.  
  • Mobilization and Demobilization: Coordination and execution of safe and timely mobilization and demobilization of equipment to and from Staatsolie’s operational locations.  
  • Personnel and Operational Support: Deployment of competent, qualified, and certified personnel (including operators, riggers, drivers, and support staff) as required for the safe and efficient execution of the services.  
  • Operational Documentation: Preparation, submission, and obtaining approval of all required documentation prior to commencement of activities, including but not limited to Lifting Plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Workplace Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Work Instructions, in compliance with Staatsolie’s standards and procedures. 
  • Personnel Welfare and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Provision of appropriate and prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) to all Contractor personnel.  
  • Equipment Maintenance and Integrity: Execution of routine and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the equipment.  
  • Insurance and Liability: Maintenance of valid insurance coverage for equipment, personnel, and third-party liabilities.  
  • Call-Off Basis Execution: Provision of services on a call-off basis as requested by Staatsolie, ensuring flexibility, timely availability, and alignment with operational requirements and schedules. 

 

The Expression of Interest must be submitted no later than July 3rd, 2026, 15.30 hrs Surinamese time.  

 

Participation in this EOI is required to be considered for the subsequent tender (RFQ) process. 

Suppliers that have already responded to the initial EOI request do not need to resubmit their EOI.
