Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of maintenance services on fuel systems. 

Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of maintenance services on fuel systems.

This EOI is not an Invitation to Bid (ITB) but serves as a prequalification stage. Based on the submitted responses, a shortlist of suppliers will be established and invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP)

 

The Expression of Interest, together with the company profile and an official company registration certificate, can be uploaded through the form below. 

 

Evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest will result in a shortlist of potential bidders who will receive a Request for Proposal.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Fuel System

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the execution of planned Preventive Maintenance (PM) and both planned and unplanned Corrective Maintenance (CM) on fuel systems, with the objective of ensuring a safe working environment at all GOw2 business locations.

 

The service is required to commence as of January 1, 2027.

 

The fuel systems to be maintained include, but are not limited to, the following components:

 

Maintenance Activities

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM)
  • Execution of Corrective Maintenance (CM) (planned and unplanned)

 

Systems and Components

The fuel systems include, among others:

 

  • Underground and aboveground storage tanks (UST / AST)
  • Tank components (manways, vents, fill points, overfill prevention systems)
  • Interstitial monitoring systems and sumps
  • Pumps (STP / suction pumps)
  • Dispensers and associated equipment (meters, hoses, nozzles, etc.)
  • Piping, valves, and fittings
  • Filters and water separators
  • Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems
  • Leak detection systems
  • Alarm panels and Emergency Shut-Down (ESD) systems
  • Electrical and control systems related to fuel installations

 

HSE and Compliance Requirements

Due to the nature of the services, the following minimum requirements apply:

  • Compliance with applicable HSE laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated HSE management system
  • Environmental and safety procedures for working on fuel systems
  • Availability of qualified and certified personnel
  • Incident reporting and emergency response capability

 

Evaluation Criteria (EOI Stage)

The evaluation of EOI submissions will be based on:

  • Relevant experience and reference projects
  • Technical competence and expertise
  • Organizational capacity
  • HSE performance and compliance
  • Quality and completeness of the submitted documentation
