Request for Expression of Interest for canteen services

Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. is soliciting interest from suppliers who have the skills, competencies, and experience to carry out the works listed below.

This is an Expression of Interest and not an Invitation to Bid. Interested suppliers must provide evidence that they are qualified to perform the indicated services, such as similar assignments, experience in similar projects, availability of appropriate resources, skills and expertise.

Suppliers who meet these general requirements and competencies interested in participating in the tendering process are invited to express their interest.

 

The Expression of Interest together with the company profile and an official company registration certificate can be uploaded using the form below. The Expression of Interest must be submitted through the Staatsolie website not later than 25 February 2026, 15.30 hrs. Suriname time.

 

Evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest will result in a shortlist of potential bidders who will receive a Request for Proposal.

Canteen Services
  • Provide daily meal services (breakfast, lunch) for approximately 250 employees at designated Staatsolie locations.
  • Ensure meals meet nutritional standards and include options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, low-sodium, etc.).
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of fresh ingredients to guarantee quality and timely meal availability.
  • Provide the necessary kitchen equipment and tools required for meal preparation, storage, serving, and cleaning.
  • Provide trained staff for cooking, serving, and cleaning, ensuring professional and courteous service.
  • ISO 22000 certified or in the process of being certified
