Bidder Information
Upload the offered purchase price of minimum USD 550,000.00 on the bidder's official company letterhead. The letter must be signed by a duly authorized representative and must clearly state the purchase price offered.
Upload the Bidder’s Legal Registration Documents, Including the Articles of Association.
Upload a Recent Chamber of Commerce Extract (Commercial Register Extract). The extract must not be older than six (6) months on the submission date.
Upload Evidence of Shareholding (Shareholders’ Register).
Upload a copy of a valid identification card or passport for each shareholder and director, as reflected in the submitted Chamber of Commerce extract.
Upload a recent bank reference letter confirming the bidder’s financial standing and ability to complete the proposed transaction.
Upload a signed declaration on the bidder’s official company letterhead confirming that all lawful owners approve the purchase of the vessel for the offered price and the intended assignment of the vessel.
