Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. is soliciting interest from suppliers who have the skills, competencies, and experience to carry out the works listed below. This is an Expression of Interest and not an Invitation to Bid.
Interested suppliers must provide evidence that they are qualified to perform the indicated services, such as similar assignments, experience in similar projects, availability of appropriate resources, skills and expertise.
Suppliers who meet these general requirements and competencies interested in participating in the tendering process are invited to express their interest. The Expression of Interest together with the company profile and an official company registration certificate can be uploaded through the form below.
The Expression of Interest must be submitted not later than 19 May 2026 Suriname time.
Evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest will result in a shortlist of potential bidders who will receive a Request for Proposal.

Project Title: Cleaning / Sanitation of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance – Downstream
Location: Staatsolie TLF Operations, Wanica District, Suriname
Scope of Services - Cleaning and sanitation of office buildings, workspaces, training facilities, and sanitary areas. - Daily waste collection and disposal at designated locations. - Grounds maintenance including grass cutting, weed control, and maintenance of walkways and surroundings. - Support services such as office relocations and setup of training and meeting facilities when required.
HSE Requirements - Full compliance with Staatsolie Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations. - Mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Weekly toolbox meetings for all personnel involved.
Roles & Responsibilities - Deployment of sufficient, qualified and experienced workforce. - Ensuring service continuity and completion of tasks within a maximum cycle of eight (8) hours. - Takeover of existing personnel
Submission of Expression of Interest Interested firms are required to submit their Expression of Interest together with a company profile and official registration documents through the Staatsolie website within the stipulated submission deadline. Only shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal stage.
